All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
With respect to such visual depictions, the operators of this platform maintain, and require every content producer publishing here to maintain, the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. part 75. For each item of content this includes: the legal name and date of birth of every performer depicted, verified by government-issued photo identification; every alias used; a signed model release and consent record; and the per-content performer attestation captured at the time of upload.

Content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined by the statute, or that was produced entirely outside the scope of §2257, may be exempt; the operators nonetheless require age and consent records for every person depicted in any content on this platform, without exception.
Any content suspected of depicting a minor should be reported immediately via the in-app report function or the Complaints & Content Removal process. Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed on discovery and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A.
