This platform hosts sexually explicit material and is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and have completed any age assurance required in your jurisdiction. We may suspend any account pending re-verification.
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person. We may require two-factor authentication for high-risk actions. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) and maintain records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. part 75 before publishing content or receiving payouts. For every upload, the creator confirms that (a) every person depicted was at least 18 at the time of production, (b) written consent and records exist for every person depicted, and (c) the creator holds all necessary rights. Content depicting or suggesting minors, non-consensual acts, trafficking, bestiality, incest, or intoxication-incapacitation is prohibited and will be removed and, where required, reported to authorities including NCMEC.
Purchases are made from a prepaid wallet denominated in USD. Prices are set by creators; the platform retains the disclosed service fee. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds and chargebacks are governed by the Refund Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure and debt recovery.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, withhold payouts connected to fraud, and suspend or terminate accounts. Removal requests from non-users (NCII, CSAM, copyright, privacy) are handled under the Complaints & Content Removal Policy, including the statutory 48-hour window for verified non-consensual intimate imagery.
Creators retain ownership of their content and grant the platform a limited, revocable licence to host, transcode, watermark and deliver it to entitled users. Fans receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view purchased content within the platform only.
You may deactivate your account at any time in Settings. Statutory records (§2257, financial ledgers, audit logs) are retained after deactivation as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]; disputes are resolved in the courts of [VENUE]. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
